The system provides a centralized platform for admins, dealers, and customers to interact efficiently. Admins manage battery categories, inventory, dealers, and battery distribution. Dealers manage assigned stock and sell batteries to customers. Customers can securely access and download their purchase invoices using OTP-based login.

Overall, this project streamlines battery operations, reduces manual errors, improves accountability across stakeholders, and enhances customer experience through digital invoicing and secure access.

Dealers can be added, updated, or removed by admins, with complete profile and compliance details (PAN, firm registration, etc.).

Battery Distribution

Batteries can be distributed to dealers either in bulk or custom mode (using specific specification numbers), ensuring precise stock allocation.

Sales & Customer Tracking

Dealers can sell batteries, maintain customer records, and track sold vs remaining inventory in real time.

Invoice Generation & Access

Customers can log in using OTP verification to view and download invoices for purchased batteries, improving transparency and record-keeping.

Reporting & Monitoring

Dashboards provide quick insights into dealer count, battery stock, sales count, and distribution history for better business decisions.
