Position Overview
A Graphic Designer plays a crucial role in shaping the visual identity and communication strategies of organizations. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and create a wide range of design materials, including but not limited to logos, brochures, flyers, posters, banners, social media graphics, web graphics, and more.
- Ensure that all design work maintains brand consistency, adhering to established brand guidelines, colors, typography, and visual elements.
- Be proficient in graphic design software tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), CorelDRAW, Sketch, or other relevant applications.
- Edit and manipulate images as needed, including resizing, retouching, and enhancing photo quality.
- Create graphics optimized for digital platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and online advertisements.
- Prepare design files for print, ensuring they meet printing specifications and standards.
- Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and team members to gather feedback, make revisions, and meet project deadlines.
- Keep up with industry trends, design software updates, and emerging design techniques to ensure that design work remains fresh and relevant.

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, typically ranging from 2 to 5 years, depending on the position.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Adaptability and the ability to work under pressure.
- Knowledge of printing processes and materials is a plus.
- Experience with motion graphics or video editing may be required for certain roles.
Experience
- Graphic Designer: 2yr- 5yrs (Preferred)
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
