Inside Sales Executive
As an Inside Sales Executive, you will play a vital role in our company’s growth and success by identifying and acquiring new clients, nurturing existing relationships, and driving sales of our IT products and services. You will be responsible for understanding our client’s needs and tailoring solutions to meet those needs. - Identify potential clients through various sources such as online research, industry events, and inbound inquiries.
- Engage with potential clients through phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings to understand their IT requirements.
- Prepare and deliver tailored presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their evolving needs, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Stay in regular contact with existing clients to promote upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Manage and update the CRM system to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Use market insights to improve sales strategies and product positioning.
- Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role in the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of IT products and services.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
- Sales Executive: 2yr- 4yrs (Preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
